让 Agent 发起语音来电，可接听、拒绝或稍后处理，接听后通过本地语音合成播放。
在 DSH 中安装
先把开放插件市场添加为索引源（只需一次）：插件 → 实验性插件 → 自定义插件市场，再到「发现 → 添加索引源」粘贴这个地址。
复制插件名，打开 DSH，在「发现」里粘贴搜索即可安装。

更省事：安装开放市场插件
dsh plugin --profile desktop add dsh-open-market它会自动加入本索引，并在「插件」页多一个「开放市场」标签：在里面搜索「Agent 语音来电」即可安装，以后有新版本也能在那里一键更新。
